  • Abstract
The strategy and results of an RCS (radar cross section) evaluation of a dihedral corner reflector coated with lossy materials using the complex ray method are described. A computer program based on the analysis presented has been developed to perform effective RCS calculations of dihedral corner reflectors having the inner surfaces coated with or without radar adsorbing materials. One of the calculated models is a 90 degrees dihedral corner reflector. Good agreement between calculated and measurement results indicates that the complex ray method is well suited to the RCS evaluation of complex lossy objects.<>
