Abstract :
Optical system is the core of spectrometer decides directly spectrometer´s volume and weight. It is also the key to miniaturize spectrometer. In this article, in order to solve the miniaturization problem, the choice of optical construction, the computation of optical elements and light path and the elimination of aberration have been discussed. The result shows that the micro optical system´s spectral range is 200-910 nm, resolution is about 1nm and the system volume is 62.5 ×72.5×17.5 mm, and the whole system has compact structure and small volume and meets the requirement of minisize.
