Abstract :
Traditional digital video makes a big space to disk in the long time HD video. This paper puts forward a kind of intelligent video method based on motion detection technology. This method has independent process and it can run with the main program of the digital video. Meanwhile it can read Yuv420P streaming video from CMOS Sensor and code in H.264 standard. The new method in this paper imports alarm message queue and monitoring mechanism. It uses the result to choose H.264 video frame and saves it as AVI. According to the test, on the premise of ensuring the integrity of information, the program not only has nice portability, but also saves disk space greatly.
