            Abstract : 
This paper studies the closed-loop supply chain composed of one manufacturer and two retailers, and uses the game theory to analyze the decision model. The papers written always were under the certain demand. However, the demand, in reality, is uncertain, so the random price-dependent demand is contained in this paper, and this paper discusses the impact of remanufacturability on the closed-loop supply chain. The optimal pricing strategy and profit of the members of closed-loop supply chain are obtained.
