Abstract :
An operator Riccati equation solution, based on a Hilbert state space model is reduced to n×n matrix algebraic/differential Riccati equations and Rn compensator dynamics, via a two way analysis of an underlying differential game: both in the original delay system, in Rn, and in a distributed parameter evolution model
