  • Abstract
    For the first time, we propose a novel polarization orthogonal modulation format with code-shift keying (CSK) generated by polarization modulator. And we demonstrate a temporal phase encoded OCDMA system using novel polarization CSK (Polm-CSK) data format and balanced detection. The proposed scheme has fixed threshold with variation of users number, improved receiving sensitivity, realization simplicity, and particularly enhanced security compares with conventional OCDMA systems.
