Abstract :
Perceptibly superior performance of a linear feedback equalizer compared with a decision feedback equalizer is demonstrated under realistic digital television reception conditions. Feintuchpsilas technique is used to update the equalizer coefficients, for which a blind constant-modulus algorithm generates the error metric.
