Abstract :
The current tendency in the electronics industry is to realize systems that work at higher frequencies and consume smaller amounts of energy at the same time. Since the necessity of reducing the power consumption of an electronic device has become a fundamental problem, the authors have studied circuit optimization from this point of view. By using the constant additive model and the finite power automatic state model, we can estimate the power consumed by a circuit described at a high level of abstraction. In this way, high speed and low power electronic devices can be designed
