Abstract :
In this paper an accurate ferroelectric capacitor model is presented which allows the modeling of ferroelectric capacitors for signal slew rates from DC up to 800 MV/s. This model completes the static hysteresis model based on Preisach theory, which is suitable for quasi static input voltage. The comparison of the simulation results show excellent agreement with measurement results under different conditions.
