Abstract :
A turbomolecular pump represents a source of high vacuum and is used, for example, in isotopic separations. Their very high speed spindle rotation brushless motor (tens of thousands of rotations per minute) requires precise control. This paper focuses on the design of the electronic module that controls the brushless motor and studies its performance; it also compares this integrated electronic control module with the previous electronic control unit
