The VXIplug&play Systems Alliance is an organisation formed in September, 1993 that is committed to increasing the ease of use and cost-effectiveness of VXI systems. This paper will give you some insight into the objectives of this organization, the technology and standards that have been produced, and the benefits that VXIplug&play offers to instrumentation users.
