Abstract :
We report here dielectric constants of epoxy doped with Gama phases of 1-9 phr Al2O3, and dielectric constants and breakdown field measurements of Polyimide doped with Alpha phases of Al2O3 in 1-7 weight %. With enough doping, the imaginary part of dielectric constant increases till GHz range, and then decreases as frequency increases, and rebound to DC value. The breakdown field of nanoparticles doped polyimide increases as the doping increases.
