Abstract :
Shafts are channels linking the surface part and underground part of mines or hydropower stations, while the numerical simulation of super-deep shafts under construction is scarcely done. In order to promote the construction technology of shafts, a three dimensional FE analysis with surveillance records verification is carried out to simulate the full process of construction to analyze the stress and deformation of the shafts. Besides, optimization of construction process is made to identify the suitable excavation depth.
