Abstract :
Supply chain is an important source of external knowledge and value creation. Similar with the knowledge flow in enterprise, the knowledge flow between enterprises in supply chain is pushed by the mechanism of knowledge market. There exists knowledge market between enterprises in supply chain. In this paper, the knowledge trade model of knowledge market in supply chain is analyzed on the basis of Davenport´s theory of internal knowledge market. According to the theory of principal agent, fully taking into account many factors, such as business risk preferences, transaction costs, as well as the knowledge seller´s willingness degree, this paper constructs a one-time knowledge trade model under asymmetric information. The conclusion implies that the effort level to the uncertainty by the manager is closely related to the earnings of all parties in knowledge trade. Meanwhile, the seller´s willingness degree and float proportion will increase with the reduce of knowledge buyer´s learning cost, knowledge seller´s sharing cost and risk aversion degree in supply chain.
