Abstract
Problems such as resource shortage and environment depravation are increasingly salient, developing Circular economy having become an unescapable choice of many countries. As an important support of developing Circular economy, the economical and social value of reverse logistics have emerged gradually. The thesis selected the recycle of disabled automobile replacement parts as research object, pointing out that developing the reverse logistics of automobile replacement parts is an important measures to reuse the disabled automobile replacement parts, to economize resource and protect environment. Because the reverse logistics system of automobile replacement parts has not been established in China, combining with China´s automobile replacement parts industry mode, the authors tried to establish the recycle system of disabled automobile replacement parts industry represented by the integration pattern of automobile manufacturers. This system not only conforms to the Extended Producer Responsibility (ERP) policy put forward by the government to the automobile manufacturers, but also can combine numerous enterprises and individuals.
