Abstract :
Aiming at the heating furnace with double cross limiting control in rolling steel line, an intelligent temperature controller based on ANFIS is designed for the reheating furnace, which constitutes the cascade control system of temperature and flow with double cross limited control. A design method of the intelligent temperature controller based on ANFIS is provided. The mathematical model of the heating furnace system is established in this paper. The simulation experiments of the intelligent controller are carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that the system has good adaptive ability and control performance.
