Abstract :
In this paper we first analysis and comparison the Wireless Bandwidth Allocation Algorithm. Propose a improve method and Mathematical model base on The Adaptive rtPS Scheduling Model. The simulation shows that our algorithm can improve the Fairness and reduce the Delay.
