  • Abstract
Technology innovation will cause the scenario to change rapidly thus causing a sense of uncertainty which will be reflected in a rise of urgent and variable software application needs in TLC operating companies. Sodalia, like any software company which is closely related or working with large TLC operators, has always been requested to assure prompt response to software applications demand and to produce quick, effective solution even when the users themselves have difficulty defining their needs with sufficient clarity. This situation accounts for the need to introduce new, and more flexible methodologies for developing complex software applications, being able to counter unstable requirements or at least mitigate the impact of changes, manage software complexity, increase productivity in order to reduce cost and time to market, and establish and track both process and products quality by continuous control
