Abstract :
A new low voltage-controlled resistor based on floating gate MOSFET (FGMOS) is presented in this paper. The FGMOS is used to reduce the power supply requirement in the proposed circuit. The resistor operates with supply voltage of plusmn 0.9 volt in a 0.5-micron technology. PSPICE simulation results validate the performance of the circuit.
