Abstract
The search for a model suitable for the assessment of an organization´s intellectual capital is bounded by the usual problems that arise on trying to answer a key question: Which is the monetary value of the human talent of one of the most valuable functionaries? If that office-holder decides to quit, what is the cost of a substitute? The enterprise´s capacity of innovation improves as it starts to solve all of the issues around the answer to these questions.
