Abstract :
Based on social network perspective, this paper examines the effects of strong-weak tie, social capital and structural hole on performance through the survey on 91 e-business entrepreneurship firms in China. The research implies that strong tie and the number of social capital and structural hole have great significance on China e-business venturing, and strong tie has common significance on its performance under the Guanxi network in China. So the e-business firms in China have to lay a strong emphasis on the establishment and maintenance of social network in order to get competitive advantage.
