Abstract :
A passive pressure sensor based on LC resonance principle is introduced in this paper. The sensor consists of a resonance cavity and induction antenna, and furthermore, it requires neither physical contact nor a battery power supply for signal communication. The design of antenna, inductance and capacitance Parameter and Q-factor is conducted in order to improve sensor reading distance and sensitivity. Through experiment, the sensor has reached 7cm sensing distance and sensitivity has achieved 0.3 MHz/PF in condition of required Q-factor. when guarantee the sensitivity and improve reading distance, wireless measurement of pressure sensor is feasible in practice.
