Abstract :
Fresnel holography is an important branch of holographic display fields, at present, it includes lots of problem to be solved. For revealing the imaging laws of Fresnel holography, the generation and display theory of Fresnel hologram was analyzed in the paper. By analyzing Fresnel diffraction formula and theory and the relation between them and Fresnel holography, for the first time the second imaging phenomenon of Fresnel holographic display via a digital micromirror device (DMD) display system was correctly explained.
