Abstract
This paper presents an organizational learning environment that is based on improvement phases, tools and techniques, and effective information management. The objective is to promote organizational learning in order to obtain early and continuous feedback on personal, team and project performance. The emphasis of this paper is on team learning as an extension of previous work on structured teamwork. A case study has been conducted to study team learning in terms of goal setting, planning, tracking and assessing team performance. The results of the study are summarized and an information framework is proposed as part of the findings. The information framework is described as a basis for an Intranet design that would support multidirectional information flow using various forms of media
