Abstract :
In order to make a comprehensive, scientific, systematic performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, this paper firstly aims at the inherent characteristics of logistics enterprises, expands the original four perspectives of the balanced scorecard (BSC) based on the stakeholder theory. Then, it discusses the application of the revised balanced scorecard in the logistics enterprises performance evaluation. Lastly, it designs the five perspectives of performance evaluation index system of logistics enterprises.
