Abstract :
For a class of TCP network system with input delay, input saturation and model uncertainty, the feedback controller is designed based on the linear model which ensures the stability of the system. Because the states of TCP network are not measured online totally, the state observer is designed to solve this problem and the error system is also given. At the end of this parper, the simulation results show that the designed controller can make the queue length track the expected queue length effectively.
