Abstract :
This paper studies a sampled-data synchronized output regulation (SSOR) problem with time-varying sampling. By transforming the sampled feedback error into a controll input with a piecewise-continuous delay, the sampled-data system is converted into a continuous one with delayed input. Two issues are addressed: whether a controller designed for continuous system caters to the sampling bandwidth and how to design a sampled-data controller that can synchronize all the nodal outputs. The information exchanged between neighboring nodes is the relative output error. The development is based on input delay approach that converts a sampled-data system into a continuous time delay system. A numerical simulation shows an efficacy of analytic results.
