Abstract :
For the aerodynamic drag characteristics of the steel wheel using the rim which had 12 holes on it, aerodynamic simulation model was constructed to analyze the problem of aerodynamic drag characteristics. The changes of surface static pressure and the Characteristics of flow field were analyzed by simulation model. Analysis of the causes of aerodynamic drag, and supplied theory suggests for aerodynamic drag reduction of the steel wheel.
