  • Abstract
Economic rationality is currently open pit stripping ratio is well calculated by comparing the cost of industrial exploitation, the calculation does not take into account the safety of mining work well accidents, such as surface subsidence caused by enormous economic losses, but also did not consider the open-pit mining on the ecology of environmental damage and environmental management costs, This paper considered the above factors, and open-pit mining and underground mining safety incidents caused by the quantification of losses carried out by using probability and statistics method, established by the above-mentioned factors constitute the costing model is presented a: use of open-pit mining of shallow, deep wells work with mining, opencast mining and industrial exploitation of resources, recovery wells are quite different and valuable mineral deposits; open-pit mining and industrial exploitation of resources recovery wells the same as mineral rich in natural resources and the less valuable deposits; use of shallow open-pit mining, deep mining of the deposits temporarily, three under the conditions of the new economic stripping ratio to determine a reasonable method. To HaerWuSu-cut coal mine as an example of applied research.
