Abstract :
The scale-rate is presented as the measurement of local complexity for digital images and signals, which is proved to be a feature of local edge area in images. The multi-feature edge detection and automatic moving vehicle detection are implemented. The experimental results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
