Abstract
This research is made of two parts, the first part is neutral carriers based electrochemical sensor array design and the second part is its integration with microelectronics. This paper introduces the first part. A miniaturized electrochemical multi-sensor array for K+, Na+, and Ca2+ in human whole blood based on chemical vapor deposition technique is described
