Abstract :
We revise the examination methods that are applied in practice for-the electric and electromechanical spare parts and units that compose the system. The quality assurance system requires that the producers should adopt life test methods and procedures in the first three periods of life cycle of their products and services. By that means they revise and forecast the measurement data of the reliability components failure, applicability, and maintenance, and also included the security during the life examination of a system. In our research work we have worked out a life analysis method and we have drawn up the necessary examination equipment for a product made by an electric switch producer company disposing of a quality assurance system as per ISO 9001. Prior to the analysis procedure we summarise the general procedure and requirements of the reliability analysis
