Abstract :
This paper introduces a method of building a real-time mixed simulation platform for fuzzy control system based on Matlab. The platform is composed of two layers. The upper layer is computer for the realization of fuzzy control algorithm with Matlab. The lower one is a I/O card which is used for acquiring data and outputting the control value, and then puts the real system into the simulate loop. The design of fuzzy control algorithm is completed by the use of fuzzy logic box or S function provided by Matlab. Simulation results show that the mixed simulation platform can simulate processes with high precision, and it will reflect the effect of disturbances and noise in practical industrial processes.
