Abstract :
Automatic transmission is applied to vehicle owing to its perfect power transmission performance, because its structure is very complex and precision, traditional diagnosis and maintenance method lags behind transmission technology out and away, thus development of automatic transmission simulation run system is brought forward. Based on study of automatic transmission structure and work process, we design and manufacture the simulation run platform for testing automatic transmission, the paper especially describes data sampling, power control, anti-interfere and man machine conversation of the system in detail.
