Abstract :
This paper focus on the passive control of linear time-varying delay in the states and parametric uncertainty. Designing a linear state feedback controller for all time-delay and admissible parameter uncertainties that the system is robust stable and passive. The time-delay in this paper is not a certain constant. But the derivation of the time-varying delay has the maximum value. And the parameter uncertainties are allowed to be norm-bounded. The modified algebraic Riccati equation and the effective matrix inequality methodology are used. The main results are obtained in this paper by solving the passive control problem of linear time-varying delay systems with no parameter uncertainty. In the end there is a numerical example illustrates the availability of the design method in this paper.
