Abstract :
High performance drives require sophisticated control methods. For the tuning of such control schemes the mathematical model describing the plant must be known with some degree of confidence. Therefore, a reliable procedure for the identification of the drive system is aimed. Besides, it should be possible to implement it as part of an automatic tuning of the control. The present paper proposes some solutions for this task.
