Abstract :
A scheme of switching power supply for the car-mounted electric system based on UC3842 is introduced, which realizes the conversion of DC48V/DC12V, has fast transient-state respond, fine stability, high precision to output voltage, and little losses in conversion. The design can well meet the power supply demand for the car-mounted electric system. This scheme has improved protective circuit in typical UC3842 application, and presents the "compensating-slope", a new protected mode. The principle and advantage are analyzed.
