Abstract :
This work is based on experiment setup used to synthesize silver nanoparticles (NPs) with different sizes using NaBH4 induced nucleation method. Since Surface enhancement Raman scattering (SERS) has become one of the most highly sensitive technologies to study the interface effects, with relatively good selectivity and high sensitivity, and Ag has the best SERS effect that is used most commonly in present days, we have carried out SERS analysis of Ag NPs and then the data has been compared and analyzed for different sizes in this study. Finally, it has been found that the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) intensity is higher for Ag nanoparticles that can be produced by the lower concentration of NaBH4 during the synthesis process.
