Abstract :
This paper introduces some key technology of VCL in new video compression standard - H.264, such as, intra_prediction mode, inter_frame mode, transform and quantization, motion estimation and compensation. This is also introduced that selection algorithm of one of intra_prediction mode, intra_prediction mode and inter_frame mode in JM VM.
