Abstract :
The peer-to-peer network for sharing information and data through direct exchange has emerged rapidly in recent years. The searching problem is the basic issue that address the question of finding low delay searching method. In this paper, we present a novel method of Dominant set formation to solve the problem of finding and delivering resources with least delay This procedure can be realized metadata of identical resources required peers to clustered in one dominating set. This potentially increases in amount of query results with short latency to achieve considerable high user satisfaction.
