Abstract :
In this paper, the sample database for data mining is designed by analyzing historical data of raw cotton properly and spinning yarn quality. Based on the above analytic result, we design the BP neural network model for spinning yarn qualities prediction. And the model was used to forecast and analyze the spinning strength, unevenness value and filoplume. Finally, simulation and test result show that the method has excellent effect.
