Abstract :
Level of repair analysis (LORA) plays a significant role on the design stage of aircraft spare parts. Grey situation decision is usually applied due to insufficiency of applicable data. Based on this, an improved grey situation decision model is provided that deals well with the LORA of spare parts. A correctional grey effect measure equation is proposed, which is associated with an interactive relative weight to generate more effective and rational repair decisions. Four evaluation indexes of spare parts are considered with the three-echelon repair levels in this paper. The performance of the optimization is tested by an example.
