Abstract :
Peritoneal dialysis scheme design is a key problem that influences dialysis effect and patient´s life. Object-oriented and expert system technologies are used in this paper to establish expert system of peritoneal dialysis scheme design. In this paper, structure of system, knowledge expression, establishing of knowledge base, reasoning machine design and realization are analyzed. The expert system can automatically design and adjust peritoneal dialysis scheme. It showed the system was an intelligent system. Finally, an example shown the system is available.
