Abstract :
Various aspects of data collection and software measurement activity are discussed. The experiences and lessons learned through numerous experiments on nearly 60 flight dynamics software projects are discussed. These experiments have attempted to determine the effect of various software development technologies on overall software project quality and on specific measures such as productivity, reliability, and maintainability.<>
