Abstract :
The authors extend their previous (1997) geometric characterizations for the fixed poles of the disturbance rejection by dynamic output feedback (DROF) to the case of (possibly) uncontrollable and unobservable systems, with certain restrictions. The set of distinct fixed poles values is completely characterized. From this immediately follow the solvability conditions for the DROFS problem
