  • Abstract
    In-line image plane digital holographic microscopy method is introduced for measurements of the biological cells. After the description of the configuration of system, the experimental results on the USAF resolution target as the calibration object are presented. Biological cells are located in the system and the sizes of them are calculated by the pixel resolution relationship between different reconstruction distances. This method provides microscopy for sample measurements with variable magnifications.
