Abstract :
This paper is concerned with a decentralised observer-based control scheme for interconnected descriptor systems. The proposed method is composed of two parts: (i) the system decomposition and the decentralised controller design and (ii) an unknown inputs state observer design for decentralised subsystems. Local feedback controllers give decentralised-control performance which is satisfactorily close to that obtained using the equivalent centralised controller. Local observer is an identity unknown input observer designed by utilizing the generalized matrix inverse. A numerical simulation result shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach
