Abstract :
The paper analysed a sustainable building which is demonstration project at its conceptual phase. The analysis includes the building´ s energy-consumption level, the climate of where the building seats, building orientation, architectual enviornment and energy-saving measures, etc. Thus, a rational sustainable building design decision which can avoid an unsustainable building at the very begining, provides a solid foundation for the sustainable item in later period and represents the necessity of simulated technology in evaluating building performance is found.
