Abstract :
This paper presents the design and test of phase-locking oscillators for CDMA mobile communication systems based on IS-95. The method for the design of the third-order loop filters is developed and the detailed discussion of the bandwidth is described. Minimum phase-noise, wide synchronous band and high stability of the loop are obtained by optimizing the loop filters. Finally, experimental results are given
