    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    For evaluating flight delay in our country´s aviation airports with the status of flight delay in civil airport, from the different influence actors of the flight delay such as airport, airline company, aviation control, travelers, meteorological condition etc. this paper used the evaluation method based on rough set theory and grey theory to build the evaluation system, tried to evaluate it. This paper chose three airports as Evaluation examples and compared with the travelers´ feeling and civil aviation administration´s evaluation result, its result tests and verifies that this evaluation method for flight delay based on rough set theory and grey theory is practical.
